Creator Pricing and Payment Details

These Pricing and Payment Details are incorporated by reference into the XYZ Creator Agreement.

The below royalty rates apply to assets licensed under FindArt.ai standard plans, such as subscriptions, credit packs, and on-demand licenses.

*The royalty rate is applied to the net price per licensed asset, based on the U.S. purchase price and including any discounts. For example, if the credit pack costs US$29.99 for 10 credits, then the royalty amount (rounded up to the nearest cent) would be US$2.09 per used credit to purchase your image (US$29.99 / 10 credits x 70%). Note: actual royalty calculations may not be rounded to the nearest cent. If minimum credit value cannot be determined it is set at US$2.89 per credit.

Minimum royalty amounts

The following minimum royalty amounts apply to standard assets licensed under the FindArt.ai Large Subscription (350 standard assets per month or larger). Standard assets include standard images and videos.

*Excludes licenses from the free collection.

Free Collection Payment

This section applies only to Works that you have nominated, and FindArt.ai has accepted, for inclusion in the Free Collection, as described in the Free Collection Addendum.

Capitalized but undefined terms defined in the Free Collection Addendum.

For each Work FindArt.ai places in the Free Collection, FindArt will pay you per the below table.

Credits will be deposited to your applicable FindArt creator account within 24 hours of your works acceptance into Free Collection.
